Receive enquiry
We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry and go through your options and solutions available. We will answer all your queries to ensure you are happy with the advice provided.

Acceptance of quote
We receive the signed terms of contract from the client. Collate the contractor’s documents and personal details. Reciprocate the terms of the contract.

Send the contract out to the employee
Each contractor will have a designated Client Service Manager who will be their point of contact
Assuming the contractor signs the contract the same day, we will send a detailed schedule for work permit/visa processes and help them obtain the necessary documentation to submit their visa application.
If no visas are required, the contractor will be fully onboarded by the start date of his contract.

Contractor sends us their time sheet
Our system automatically generates reminders to contractors to send their time sheets. Once the time sheet is received an invoice is set to the client within 3 hours.

1. How can we engage a worker in a country where my business has no presence or establishment?
We can employ foreign workers in over 40 countries on our clients’ behalf. This means that in countries where your company does not have a business entity, you can still legally employ local workers. Our clients do not have to form a local entity. That is one of the core benefits of our EOR service delivery mode.
2. Does Uniglo- financial only assist with payroll solutions in certain sectors?
Uniglo can assist you with a payroll solution in every sector such as: Engineering works, Pharmaceuticals, Contact Centres, IT, Mining, Power and Water Generation, Finance, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Health, Research, Logistics and Automation, but not limited to.
3. Are there any limitations?
We do not have a minimum or maximum employment period. Whether you are going to a 2 month or 2- year stint, we can assist!
4. How long does it take to onboard a contractor?
if there are no work permit or visa processes to obtain, the contractor can be onboarded the same day. If there are visas or work permits to obtain, we will issue a contract in the interim and wait for the visa or work permit to be finalised.
5. How do we know what benefits or deductions we have to provide for the worker?
The laws on benefit provisions are completely unique to each country. By becoming the employer of record, Uniglo is responsible for ensuring all statutory benefits are provided to the worker. In addition, we can offer clients insights into what is customary in each country.
6. How can I pay my foreign worker compliantly?
Through our employer of record service, Uniglo is responsible for managing payroll compliance and ensuring both the worker, the social security office and the local tax authorities are paid correctly and on time. All you need to do is to agree what to pay the worker, leave the rest to us.
7. What type of employment contract should I be providing to the worker?
The type of employment contract you offer the worker will typically depend on the reason you wish to engage them. Depending upon what is legally acceptable in country, we offer clients the flexibility of multiple contract types, from short-term project-based to indefinite long term workers. We work with each individual client to understand their needs and guide them to the most appropriate solution.

1. I have received an offer of employment on a termed contract, can I use Uniglo for Payroll?
Definitely! call us to discuss a solution that suits your requirements and we save you money on taxes in a compliant manner. You also need to provide us with the terms of the contract and put us in touch with your prospective employer.
2. How do I receive my salary?
Each contractor sends us a timesheet for the hours worked on a monthly basis. Once the salary is confirmed by your employer and has cleared in our bank account, we will make payment via EFT to a bank account of your choice. Each contractor has a Client Service Manager who will engage with you for your time sheets and any other payroll requests.
3. I require a work permit for my contract, but the company I am working for does not have an entity in the required country.
We can employ foreign workers in over 40 countries on our clients’ behalf as well as provide work permit Sponsorship. A local entity does not have to be formed. We partner with local accountants and HR consultancies who will assist in applying for a work permit under their entity. This is one of the core benefits of our EOR service delivery mode.
4. DO I need to have a local bank account in the country that I will be working?
Generally, no, however some countries insist that you open a local bank account if you are going to be there for a longer period. We can assist with opening a local bank account via our partner network.
5. How quickly can I onboard or receive my contract?
As soon as your employer sends us the signed terms of the assignment, a reciprocal contract will be sent to you within 24 hours, it is that simple.
